Gramicci is not just a technical climbing-heavy clothing brand –it’s also a very big player in the street fashion scene. Originated by a man who simply couldn’t find that pants that met his expectation as a rock climber, Gramicci was born in a small warehouse in California in 1982; founded by a stone master clumber Mike Graham. The popularity of Graham’s G-Climbing Pants and Shorts grew and grew and became widely accepted by the street fashion scene in Japan due to their unique design and functionality, marking the beginning of Gramicci Japan.

Aside from variety of colour and fabric options, the G-Pants are best known for their re-engineered gusseted crotch that can split up 180 degrees and the nylon webbing belt that can be easily adjusted and unbuckled by just one hand (3 fingers, to be precise). The pants are sometimes referred to as the ‘180 degrees pants’or ‘Easy Pants’ by the Japanese.
