Order From Canada & USA:

All returns that are made within 15 days from the purchase date will be accepted. The customer sends back the purchased item(s) in its/their original condition and packaging at sender's expense.

ATTENTION: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your order. In addition, the inital shipping costs covered by us are non-refundable. That is, if you receive a refund, the actual cost of shipping covered by us will be deducted from your total refund. For instance, below are the shipping method options and rates for orders within Canada:

In accordance to the chart above, there may be applicable shipping cost on your order depending on the total value of it(all orders exceeding $150.00 are free) or preferred shipping method, where the actual shipping cost initially covered by us is always greater than the amount that you are initially charged by us. That amount of the actual shipping cost covered by us will not be refunded.

Unless you request it, you will not be notified of the actual shipping cost as it will only be kept on file under your order for return/refund purposes only.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notified you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To return your product, please label the returning parcel as "RETURNED GOODS" and ship it to our address:

Late/Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Items that are marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at first and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to himself/herself to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
