The Service Boot with 1035 last is perfect for those who are looking for a sleek looking pair of boots that are not overly dressy. The 1035 last fits slightly wider and rounder in comparison to the 1020 last counterpart. The boots are customized with the commando sole to ensure maximum durability and capability against all terrains.

Founded in 1931 by Ed Viberg, the Canadian company is now in its 3rd generation and is still entirely family owned and operated. Today Ed's son Glen Viberg is still on the factory floor, personally working on every single pair of boots that leaves our doors. Viberg began with the goal of crafting the best boot possible and we are proud to have maintained this uncompromising level of quality.

All returns that are made within 7 days from the purchase date are accepted for exchange or in-store credit only – NO REFUND. The purchased item(s) must be in original condition; unworn with all original tags attached (price tag, size tag, logo tag, etc). The receipt of the purchased items must be presented for the in-store credit to be issued. We reserve all right to deny any return and/or refund.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase and may take several business days to be processed. If Debit Card was used, cash refund will be provided. 

All online orders will not be accepted for return or exchange without prior written communication via email – NO EXCEPTION. We reserve all right to deny any return and/or refund.

All returns that are made within 14 days from the purchase date are accepted for return, exchange, and/or store credit. The purchased item(s) must be in original condition; unworn with all original tags attached (size tag, logo tag, etc). You must also include a receipt or proof of purchase in the returned package/parcel. All returned packages/parcels are to be sent back at your expense and must be labelled "RETURNED GOODS". Once confirmed, you may send the return package/parcel to our NiftyDo Gastown address:

If you are shipping an item over $CAD 75.00, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned package/parcel.

ONLINE REFUND POLICY

Once the returned package/parcel is received and inspected, you will be notified via email if the returned items are accepted for refund. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase and may take several business days to be processed. 

Please note that the initial coverage on shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund. This initial coverage on shipping fee is not what shown on the Shipping Rates chart, but it is amount of actual shipping fee (plus tax) that is paid to the shipping courier when your order is shipped out. Unless you request for it, you will not be notified of the actual shipping cost as it will only be kept on file under your order for return/refund purposes only.
